Do you receive a Pell Grant? Do you want to study abroad? GILMAN SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT DEADLINE: TUESDAY, OCT. 6, 2015 The Gilman International Scholarship Program is a federal scholarship program aimed specifically at Pell Grant recipients, and the students receiving this award can get $3000 - $5000 scholarship towards the cost of a study abroad program. Students applying to programs that include language study in one of the “Critical Languages” (for example, Turkish, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Swahili) can potentially receive an additional award of $3000 towards the cost of the program.
