Museums, monuments, and concerts galore – There’s a never-ending list of museums to visit, monuments to see, and concerts to attend. Spend a dream semester taking in everything you’ve read about in the history books: the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Cathedral, the Pantheon, and more.

A chance to live the motto “When in Rome, do as the Romans do” – We encourage you to immerse yourself in the culture, engage in the day-to-day life of a Roman, and do as much as possible to truly get a taste of the Roman way of life.

Extracurricular activities, student excursions, and social events – Semester in Rome offers you a number of opportunities for more exposure to Italian life and culture.  These activities include movie nights, cooking classes, gelato nights, theater nights, soccer matches, and wine tastings.
