Program Description:
Nanzan University offering a 6 week summer intensive Japanese Language Program on their campus.  Please consult their website for information, costs,  and application forms:

Courses include:
1)  Intensive Japanese Language, 16 45-minute class meetings per week, for 6 weeks
2) Japanese Studies course which combines two foci:  a) Contemporary Japanese Politics & Economy; b) Japanese Culture.  Class meets for 90 min. twice a week for 6 weeks.
3) Japanese Arts:  Focus on theory and practice of arranging flowers and traditional Japanese woodblock printing.  Meets 90 min. per week for 6 weeks.

Program also includes:
*Field Trips
*Interaction with Japanese Students at the Japan Plaza location which is open each afternoon from 12:45 - 5:45 p.m. on weekdays

Housing Accommodation:  Available in Nanzan University's international student dormitory.  Occupants will primarily be U.S. and other international students.
